For optimal coverage, requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Please allow three business days for our team to post the opportunity. Our team will contact you if we need additional information or to let you know that your request has been posted for volunteers.
We recommend that you check in with the volunteer office before your event if you would like to confirm coverage. Volunteers are offered a 24-48 hour window before an event to cancel a shift. Each form is limited to 5 activities. If you have more than 5 to request, an additional form will need to be completed.
