Do I need to reserve a ticket for my friend to come with me?

Week of August 1-7:

You can bring one extra friend that is not usually covered by your membership level. Simply tell our Admissions staff you are bringing your friend with you while they are scanning your digital or physical membership card at the gate.

How do I get unlimited rides on the Wildlife Carousel?

Week of August 8-14:

You will need to present your proof of membership through your digital or physical membership card to get unlimited rides on the Wildlife Carousel.

How do I get my free conservation bracelet?

Week of August 15-21:

You will be able to receive it when you present your proof of membership through your digital or physical membership card upon entry. Note: Bracelets will only be handed out between 9-10 a.m.

How do I get unlimited access to TXU Energy presents Undersea Discovery?

Weeks of August 23-31:

You will need to present your proof of membership through your digital or physical membership card to get unlimited access to TXU Energy presents Undersea Discovery.

Please note that the Houston Zoo will be closed to the public on Mon, August 22 due to Zoo-wide electrical improvements. We will resume normal operating hours on Tue, August 23.
