How do I get my free Galápagos-themed keychain?

Week of August 5-11

You will be able to receive it when you present your proof of membership through your digital or physical membership card upon entry. Keychains will be available while supplies last.

August 5: Keychains will be handed out during Member Morning presented by TXU Energy from 8-9 a.m.

August 6-11: Keychains will only be handed out between 9-10 a.m.

 

Do I need to reserve a ticket for my friend to come with me?

Week of August 12-18:

You can bring one extra friend that is not usually covered by your membership level. Simply tell our Admissions staff you are bringing your friend with you while they are scanning your digital or physical membership card at the gate.

How do I get my free conservation bracelet?

Week of August 19-25:

You will be able to receive it when you present your proof of membership through your digital or physical membership card upon entry. Note: Bracelets will only be handed out between 9-10 a.m.

How do I get unlimited rides on the Wildlife Carousel?

Week of August 26-31:

You will need to present your proof of membership through your digital or physical membership card to get unlimited rides on the Wildlife Carousel.
