Candy canes, reindeer, lights and Santa beards? Sounds like Holidays in Zoo-ly! If you can’t wait any longer for the holiday season, visit the Houston Zoo on July 25 for lots of fun holiday-themed activities such as Pin the Nose on Rudolph, Penguin Shuffle and ornament decorating. Back by popular demand, Snow Day is returning to the Zoo on Saturday, July 26 thanks to Sunny 99.1 and TXU Energy Presents Chill Out at the Houston Zoo! Guests can enjoy this winter wonder from 9 a.m. until noon (or until the Texas heat melts it away).
We will have two snow fields; a smaller field for the little ones and a larger field for the bigger kids, so this event is fun for the entire family. Kids of all ages can create their own snowman, make a snow angel or simply enjoy the cold snow on a hot summer’s day.
All Snow Day activities are included in your Zoo admission and FREE for Members.
