Fall Food & Drinks at Houston Zoo: What to Eat at Zoo Boo
The 2026 Zoo Boo map places food stops throughout the Zoo, so you can build your own food trail as you explore. Start near the entrance, make your way through the Zoo and stop for something sweet, savory or seasonal along the way.
Stop 1: Jack’s Café
Start your Zoo Boo Food Trail with something sweet.
Jack’s Café is near the main entrance, making it an easy first or last stop during your Zoo Boo visit. The seasonal menu includes Dipped Cheesecake, available all season.
Jack’s Café is also one of Houston Zoo’s main dining locations, with snacks, drinks and other food options available during your visit.
Stop 2: Kiosk at the McNair Asian Elephant Habitat
Save room for dessert.
Make your way toward the elephant habitat for three Zoo Boo seasonal favorites:
- Boo-Berries and Cream combines berry compote, churro crumble and whipped cream
- Caramel Apple Pie features apple pie filling, salted caramel cinnamon streusel and whipped cream.
- Graveyard Shift brings together chocolate ice cream, cookie dough, Oreo dirt, candy worms and pumpkin candies.

You can also pick up the Trick or Treat Brookie Bar, a seasonal dessert that combines a brownie and cookie.
Stop 4: Children’s Zoo
