It’s a well-known fact that the oceans make up a large part of the planet we live on. Head to the Houston Zoo on Saturday, June 8 to celebrate and learn how to keep the oceans healthy during World Oceans Day. This event is included with your Zoo admission and is free for Zoo members.
World Oceans Day 2019 Activities:

- Dance with our Children’s DJ in the Front Plaza!
- Learn how to preserve and enhance Galveston Bay with the Galveston Bay Foundation.
- Check out our Sea Lions SOS, and learn how you can save sea lions in the wild!
- Check the Play Your Day Kiosk for special Meet the Keeper Talks Presented by Phillips 66.
