Educators Night Out: Spotlighting Texas Wildlife

Thursday, October 18
6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Ideal for educators of all grade levels

What do Houston toads, Attwater’s prairie chickens, and black bears have in common? They are all part of our diverse Texas wildlife and the Zoo works with other organizations to help save them in the wild. Join us for a one of a kind evening to learn about local wildlife, participate in hands-on, STEAM activities, and learn how you and your students can help these animals in the wild.

Educators Night Out is an evening session that focus on hands-on STEAM activities that align with a conservation initiative at the Houston Zoo. We provide varying activities that align to appropriate grade levels. Light appetizers and drinks are provided.
