This summer, our home school programs will take a walk on the wild side and explore the connection between the Houston Zoo and wildlife conservation.  Join us and see just how wild the Zoo can be!

New This Year!

You might notice that our Home School programming has changed quite a bit from years past, as has our pricing!  Some benefits of this new program style include:

  • Smaller class sizes
  • Increased time on Zoo grounds
  • Hands-on activities that connect participants with wildlife
  • Eye-to-eye experiences with animal ambassadors
  • Work alongside local wildlife researchers

These programs are designed for students ages 6-12 with an accompanying adult. While younger or older siblings are welcome in any class for an additional fee, please keep in mind that these programs are geared towards children of that specific age group and may not contain age appropriate activities for children outside that range.
