Small Cats Mesh Replacement
The New Year marks the start of a “home remodeling” project for the Houston Zoo’s small cats exhibit!
Unlike the remodeling project you may have done on your kitchen or your bathroom, our small cats can’t live in their exhibit while the work is being done. So, the cats will be off exhibit from January 5 until the end of February.
When all the work is complete, guests will get a much better view of the Houston Zoo’s leopards, clouded leopards, ocelot, margay and fossa.
We’ll keep you up to date on our “home remodeling” with regular progress reports. So, come back to www.houstonzoo.org frequently to see photos and get project updates.
