Below are the answers to the most common questions we get:
Is this event open to the general public? Breakfast with Santa is only open to current members of the Houston Zoo. Please note: In order to register and attend, you must be a current member as of December 17, 2011.
Can members bring guests to the event? Yes, members can purchase tickets for additional guests that are not members.
When should I register for the event?
You should register as soon as possible because this event has limited space and sells out quickly.
How long will Santa Claus be at the event? Santa will be there for the entire event, and you are welcome to take pictures with him.
Where do I park? Please park on our main parking lot off Herman Park Drive.
Where do I enter?
Guests attending Breakfast with Santa should enter through Gate 7, which is the main gate of the Houston Zoo.
Do I need a ticket to enter? No, but please bring a copy of your emailed receipt. We will have a check in table right inside the front gate.
*Note: This event sells out, so we will not be able to allow in any additional individuals who didn’t buy tickets.
How will the food be served?
The food is buffet style. We have will have many delicious food options (including scrambled eggs, bacon and more!) for everyone to enjoy!
Is there assigned seating?
There is no assigned seating, and we will have enough seating for everyone. We encourage you to mingle and meet other guests.
What’s the dress code? This is a casual event. We’re sure you’ll want to check out the Zoo after breakfast, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes!
Can we visit the Zoo after breakfast? Of course!
What happens if it rains?
The event will take place rain or shine.
What if I have to cancel prior to the event?
Payment for this event is non-refundable.
