The Houston Zoo Job Shadow program offers high school students an opportunity to learn firsthand what it takes to make a Zoo run and experience what it is like to work at the Zoo. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions and observe the daily duties of Zoo staff and volunteers to gain better insight into the career. They will learn about the animals and experience some real world applications of the subjects they study in school. This program runs from September through April.
We are not currently accepting applications for our Job Shadow program. Please check again soon!
