Annual support through one of the Houston Zoo's donor clubs is an investment that pays big dividends for our Zoo and Houston. Your membership helps to ensure the vitality and excellence of the Houston Zoo's core programs: animal care, education and conservation.
Flock - The Zoo's young professionals group, aged 21 and up, who support the Zoo at the $150 annual membership level. This donor club has really "taken flight!" If you've been to one of their mixers, you're "coo" in our books.
Ambassadors - This is a group of individuals, primarily in their 30’s and 40’s, who are dedicated to actively spreading the mission and vision of the Houston Zoo. Annual memberships are $250 and include exclusive invitations to galas, cocktail receptions and family events at the Zoo.
Asante Society - the Zoo’s upper-level giving society recognizes donors who contribute a minimum of $1,200. Membership in the Asante Society includes a number of special benefits, including behind-the-scenes tours of the Zoo and invitations to private parties and family events.
John and Ingrid Werler Society - the most forward thinking of the Zoo's donors, made up of individuals who have chosen to include the Houston Zoo in their estate planning.
When you make a donation to the Houston Zoo or join one of the Zoo's donor clubs, you support one of the most important and effective cultural, educational, and conservation organizations in the region.
